Welcome to the 17th NORBARAG meeting in Norway, March 5th-6th, 2026!

The meeting will be held at Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen, which is located close to the airport at Gardermoen (OSL).

 

The Nordic Baltic Resistance Action Group (NORBARAG) convenes for their annual meeting to discuss and exchange research results on the topic of pesticide resistance. The network is comprised of researchers from the collaborating countries, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden, in addition to representatives from agrochemical companies operating in these regions.

 

Sub-groups for fungicide and herbicide resistance will have individual sessions after the welcoming of the participants the first day. The Insecticide group will not meet physically this year, but will meet digitally. 

On the second day, we will have a general session that includes summaries from presentations in the sub-groups and a guest speaker on the topic of current pesticide availability and PFAS/TFA.

As agreed at the previous meeting, this part of the general session on the second day will be available online to make the content more available to agricultural advisors and other authorities in the member countries. Please see the Program tab for more details (can be subject to changes).
