Payment form for shuttle bus and guest attendance
This form includes payment for the shuttle bus to and from the conference as well as payment for guests to selected conference activities. Payment deadline is April 30th. Please fill this out once for each person for bus seat (i.e. if you are one attendee plus one guest who will both be taking the shuttle bus, fill it out once as yourself with just the shuttle bus option and once as your guest for the dinner and shuttle bus option). Shuttle buses are first come first serve, and we have around 20 spaces available for each. Those who have already expressed interest for shuttle busses will be guaranteed seats as long as they pay by April 30th. Please make sure you pick the correct time point.
Guest registration is only for if you have a guest with you who would like to attend the welcome reception and dinner. Everyone attending the conference has already paid for these as a part of the conference fee

May 18: Morning bus corresponding to fjord cruise from Bergen. Arrival in Lofthus 12:30 (NOK 300)
May 18: Evening bus corresponding to fjord cruise from Bergen. Arrival in Lofthus 20:00 (NOK 300)
May 18: Bus from Voss at 14:00 (corresponding with train from Oslo 13:48). Arrival in Lofthus 15:30. (NOK 300)
May 22: Bus to Voss 12:30 (corresponding to train 14:07 to Bergen or 14:14 to Oslo) (NOK 300)
Remember: All fjord cruise and train tickets must be bought separately. For the cruise and train from Oslo, we recommend booking ASAP so there is enough space. The train to Bergen can be bought day-of, as it is a local train. Additionally, people traveling straight from the Bergen airport to the fjord cruise must buy an additional ticket for a short trip from the airport to the ferry terminal.
